The Costa Calida is a fairly undiscovered part of south-east Spain, providing unspoilt beaches and stunning mountains, and allowing access to the historic city of Cartagena, and the marina, restaurants and bars of Mazzarón.

It is in an incredibly quiet & peaceful spot yet just a five minute walk through lovely residential avenues to the best part of the seafront & several restaurants. It was the first (& is likely to be the only) development of its kind to be allowed here.

Built in traditional Andalucian ‘pueblo’ style in order to be totally in keeping with the surroundings, there are winding paths, lovely private gardens, swimming pools proving very popular with families as children can play safely.
